Return Policy and Store Credit:

Bella Femmina will replace any defective merchandise free of charge with the same item.

Store Credit available on all returned items.

We will gladly accept all returns if contacted within 7 days. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. Because of health reasons, we cannot accept returns of Hair Brushes and Make-up.
